Internal Customer Service Training

WACTEO - We Are Customers To Each Other

Most everyone understands the importance of treating our organization’s external customers with a high level of courtesy, service and dignity. But it’s equally important to treat our internal customers (our coworkers!) with the same level of politeness, respect and civility. Whenever there’s conflict, drama or a lack of respect within our organization it will negatively impact our ability to operate efficiently and will hamper efforts to deliver great service to our external customers. We Are Customers To Each Other.
